The Inn is located a pleasant five-minute walk to Main Street, Highlands, where it is serenely nestled in trees and nature. Porches with swings and rocking chairs, hanging baskets and plenty of bird feeders create a rustic and relaxing ambiance. Surrounding a brick courtyard, the Inn is composed of three barn-sided, wooden buildings. Each of our rooms is individually decorated. Brass headboards, eyelet sheets and comforters, designer wall papers, and custom wainscoting have been used throughout. All have private baths, color television, air conditioning, and your own private entrance. |

MORNING COFFEE A special part of your stay, every morning we serve coffee and home-made baked goods. Join other guests in our hospitality room, which offers seating by the fireplace, and tables on the outside deck. Or, if you prefer, you may wish to take trays back to your room and enjoy breakfast on your private balcony. The Chandler Inn has the ambience and charm of a Bed and Breakfast with all the amenities of a Country Inn. |

Open year 'round, each season provides a uniquely different reason to visit the Inn. In summer, you are surrounded by lush green foliage. In winter, the bare trees form abstract sculptures. In spring, the woods come alive with colorful wildflowers, accompanied by the orchestral sound of wildlife. In fall, the woods glow as the trees adorn themselves in shades of orange, red, and gold. |
